How flexible are lease terms and options?
Month to month, with no deposit.
Can I lease online?
Yes, you can check availability and book on-line. Just complete the easy to fill out lease online.
What hours can I come and go?
24-hour gated access with your own personal gate code.
How secure is the Property?
We prioritize the safety of your valuables. Our facilities are equipped with advanced security including 24 hr. security cameras, gated access, and abundant night lighting.
What type of security is on premises
There are 15 advanced security cameras on-site. As well as highest power in lights, offering extensive illumination at night.
How do I gain access the Property?
Keypad code is situated by the entrance gate. You will receive your keypad code upon completing your contract
Do you suggest any other security for my property?
Yes we strongly suggest locks, and apple air tags for all units.
Can I store anything other than a RV/Boat on-site?
Unfortunately, large Trucks and commercial equipment are not allowed on this site. However, we have a location better suited for oversized vehicles. Granbury Truck Storage- visit website to learn more. https://www.gb-truck.com/
Are the spaces covered or can I cover my Boat or RV?
Yes we offer covered spaces. We ask that any fabric coverings be securely fastened.
What are the benefits of covered storage?
Covered spaces protects vehicles from harsh weather significantly reducing UV-induced paint fade, roof damage, and interior heat buildup. Extending the vehicle's lifespan & lowers maintenance costs.
Can I work on my RV/Boat in storage?
Yes, minor repairs; batteries, tires, and interior work. No major repairs
Is there a waste or sewer dump on site?
No, you will need to address your waste removal at a proper location.
Are there electrical hook-ups for my RV/Boat?
Yes, 20 amp 110 volt plugs available for each covered space. Enough to keep your batteries charged or you refrigerator running ,not enough to run your heat or A/C.
Can I Wash my RV onsite?
Water is available for light rinses, but there is not a so-called wash pit
How do I make a payment?
You can pay online, by mail, or drop off payment at office box.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or check.
I no longer need to store my RV/boat, how do I terminate my lease?
Very easy, just call or text before the end of the month and we will move you out the same day.
What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
* A lease will need to be filled out, requiring: name, address, phone & email.
*​Vehicle information such as: a description of what’s being stored, year, make model, color, & license plate number.
*A credit card is required to lease and is automatically billed on the first of the month.The first month is pro-rated so you only pay for the portion of the month that is left.
